Return Policy
Cancellation Policy.
All sales are final unless you have purchased cancellation insurance.
- If you purchased cancellation insurance, you must notify us of your intention to cancel the service at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery, and you will receive a refund of the total amount paid, minus the cancellation insurance fee ($49.99).
- If you cancel the service when our driver is already en route to deliver your dumpster, you will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the amount paid, minus the cancellation insurance fee ($49.99).
- If you cancel the service but the dumpster has already been delivered, you will receive a refund equivalent to 25% of the total amount you originally paid, minus the cancellation insurance fee ($49.99).
- If the dumpster has already been delivered to you, and you have placed materials in it, and you wish to cancel the service, we will pick up the container; however, you will not receive a refund since the service has already been utilized.
