**Delivery and Payment Disclosure**
* You can conveniently schedule your container pickup once your rental time has expired or you have finished loading it by sending us a message via text or email that includes your name, container number or address, and the desired pickup date. If you need additional rental time, that will be billed at $25.00 per day. We will handle the rest of the process for you when you are ready.
* An adult (18 years minimum) must be present on the property to receive the dumpster delivery. The adult on site must be able and have the authority to sign the waste disposal agreement, provide the location for the container, sign the "Equipment Delivery Authorization" form, and provide a payment method (government-issued identification and credit card with matching name) that will be used to pay for incidental disposal services upon service completion when applicable. We understand that this step may be inconvenient, but it is necessary to prevent credit card fraud and ensure the dumpster is delivered to the correct location.
* Incidental disposal services. Incidental services refer to any undeclared special handling items (please review the list), additional weight exceeding the included pre-paid weight allowance, or extra services incurred due to undeclared items (for example, brick, concrete, or dirt mixed within the load and discovered at the disposal facility).
* BILLING AND PAYMENT. We have a transparent billing approach. Your final invoice will be sent to you upon completion of the disposal service. The incidental weight is charged at a rate of fifteen cents ($0.15) per pound, as measured by the scales at the disposal station. Your invoice will be sent to you upon completion of the disposal service, detailing any incidental charges for transparency and clarity. The incidental services invoice is due upon receipt.
